This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which GMB Business may issue refunds for services purchased. Important: Because our services are advisory in nature and outcomes depend on Google’s independent decisions, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
General Refund Terms
Services Are Advisory
Our services consist of professional guidance, analysis, and recommendations. Once these services are delivered, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
No Outcome Guarantees
Because we do not guarantee specific outcomes (reinstatement, verification success, etc.), unsuccessful outcomes alone do not qualify for refunds.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
1. Service Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver the services you paid for within the agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Service Significantly Different from Description
If the services delivered are materially different from what was described and agreed upon, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
3. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
4. Cancellation Before Service Delivery
If you cancel your service request before we begin work and before any analysis or guidance is provided, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Unsuccessful Outcomes
- Google denies your reinstatement request
- Your listing remains suspended
- Verification is unsuccessful
- Google makes an unfavorable decision
- Outcomes differ from your expectations
Reason: We provide guidance only; Google makes all final decisions. Unsuccessful outcomes do not indicate service failure.
After Service Delivery
- Once analysis, reports, or guidance have been provided
- After consultation sessions have been conducted
- After recommendations have been delivered
Reason: Advisory services have been rendered and cannot be returned.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your name and contact information
- Service purchased and date of purchase
- Detailed explanation of why you’re requesting a refund
- Any supporting documentation
Step 2: Review
We will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision.
Step 3: Resolution
If approved:
- Full refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Partial refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing Time: 10 business days after approval
Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Total time from approval to funds appearing in your account: 15-20 business days
